Returns
Please ensure your order is correct at the time of purchase as all products are made to order. Once the order has been placed, manufacture of your basin commences and we are unable to make changes to your order or accept cancellations.
Exchanges are available and must be made within 28 days of date of purchase. Please note, a 25% warehousing fee will apply and the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs and insurance. Returned basins must be as new for exchange to occur.
